Targeted Application of Motor Learning Theory to Leverage Youth Neuroplasticity for Enhanced Injury-Resistance and Exercise Performance: OPTIMAL PREP

Youth athletes are ideal candidates for novel therapeutic motor learning interventions that leverage the plasticity of central nervous system to promote desirable biomechanical adaptions.
